A person reads every one
No drip sequence and no newsletter. Someone who works on the platform reads what you send and replies, usually within a few days.
If you are a retailer
We will want to know roughly how many wholesalers you buy from and what your ordering morning actually looks like. That conversation shapes the product more than it sells it.
If you are a wholesaler
The first question is what your stock data looks like today, whatever shape it is in. A spreadsheet is a perfectly good answer and a common one.
Something else
Software vendors, trade bodies, carriers and people who want to argue with the standard are all welcome. Say so in the message.
